Running is basic skill of most of the games or active sports. This skill is used to participate in race, marathon, etc. Running warms our body and keeps the body in perfect condition. We can run in different ways we can run in a straight path. We should not run on the roads. We can should press the ground with our paws to more forward and raise the legs up to the knees height.
We can run along the tracks. We should practice running before we practicipate in a any race. To start running we should keep our left leg at the starting point. Tracks are made according to the number of players. In each track, a starting line and a finish line are marked with white line powder. While starting the race or running for a race, three commands like ‘on your mark’, ‘set and go’ are given to the participants. We should stand behind the marked line before starting for a race. At on your mark command we should place our hands on the track just behind the starting line keeping fingers together. We should keep our arms straight and parallel to one another. We should raise our back and keep our head slightly bent and look front. ‘On go’ command, we should start running and reach the finishing point and cross it to win the race.
