Baghchal


Baghchal is also traditional and local game in Nepal. If played between two persons. This is a moving tiger’s game. We don’t need a big area to play this game. We can play this game on a wooden board, card board, paper, ground, floor, table or a flat stone. We can make the small playing area. There are 25 intersection point of playing area.
It consists of four tigers and twenty goats total no of tiger and goat is twenty-four. Ant two different objects can be chosen for tigers and goats. The tigers or goats can be chosen by one of the players. The four corners of the playing area. The goats are placed at the intersection lines. We can start the game by placing the goat object at the crossing lines and moving the tiger to hunt the goat by jumping over. The tiger are moved to eat the goats and goats are moved to block the tiger’s move. Only one blank inter section point available for moving tiger and goat.
