Jumping is like a physical education game. Jumping can be done for a short and long distance. If makes our bone and muscles strong. We can play high jump and long jump. While Jumping, we should raise our hands lifting both feet up in the air. We should always jumping on a soft material to avoid hurting. We can use sand pit for jumping. We can practice high jump and long jump.
For a high jump, we should jump freely with our both feet and land in the same pit of sand. We should always do Jumping in the presence of a teacher or send. We should always do jumping in the presence of the teacher of a teacher or senior students in the school. Take a rope and two poles. Tie the ends of the rope at a certain height say 50cm on the poles. Keep the rope straight while jumping, we should run for a short distance and then jump over the rope and land on the sand pit. We should not touch the rope with our feet or any part of the body. While Jumping in group, we should stand in a queue with friends and jump over the rope turn by turn. If everyone get succeeded to jump over the rope, increases the height of the rope and then start jumping. In high jump, one who jumps the highest distance wins the game.
